Spud Keeper is a wave-defense action game with incremental and roguelite elements where you protect your potato plants from escalating pest attacks by collecting and smashing bugs, earning rewards, and upgrading your tools to survive longer.

Currently I am putting quite an effort in the development of this - more tools in both shops, more wave cards and other stuff will come to the game eventually.

Nice game!
Some random feedback
I feel that UI elements could be a bit bigger. The about button doesnt work
I first did not realize what I should do :D Like I had the bucket selected and needed to figure out to switch to the finger mode.. maybe some simple arrow with text would help. And then when the first batch of bugs is smashed another arrow would point to the field - first I did not get that I gotta go there. Although after ~3 minutes I could understand the game loop. Perhaps, the only confusing thing was the bug colors/why sometimes bucket doesn't collect bugs even though it has space.. like what's the big difference between them :)
One minor thing, maybe you should preload animation/models/whatever. In web, when I crushed the first bug it froze a bit
The game has really nice graphics actually. I like the models, the colors, how the crate shakes when hit. That looks really solid!

Indeed, many have said it's not obvious what one should do there when starting. I think I will be solved in the next update.
The bucket has modes where you can choose which bugs you want to pick up - so maybe that mode was changed and that stopped you from picking some bugs up. There are modes because the bugs do damage differently to the potatoes AND the big ones also can create more larvae if left on potatoes for too long, that's why one would maybe prefer to pick up the adult bugs first, but of course I have to communicate all this stuff better (or at all :D) in the game.
Indeed I wanted to add some automation tools as well, hopefully the additional smashing tools and upgrades will bring more purpose to the smashing and make the game a bit more interesting.
